CASA DRUMMOND de TRIVENTO

Casa Drummond is the visitor house of Bodega Trivento in Mayor Drummond, Luján de Cuyo, on Av. San Martín, in the heart of the department. It operates in a 1940 residence that belonged to the Mendoza-based Baldini family, which Trivento restored in a process begun in 2021.

The offer combines restaurant and tastings. The restaurant is run by chef Nadia Haron. It has seating for 36 people indoors (gallery and dining room) and 32 on the terrace. There are also three tasting rooms with controlled temperature.

Among the tasting experiences, the website offers "Terroir Mendocino", a tour of the terroirs of Luján de Cuyo and the Uco Valley with the house's award-winning wines. "Lejanamente Juntos" pairs Argentine and Chilean varietals with regional cheeses. "Selección Enólogo" lasts 1 hour 30 minutes and pairs Trivento's iconic wines, such as Golden Reserve Malbec, Gaudeo Malbec, Stratus and Eolo, with cheeses.

The spacious gardens are designed for corporate and social events. According to the website, the house opens Monday to Saturday, 9:30 to 17:00, except on Wednesdays. It is advisable to book the visit or a table by phone, WhatsApp or email, or through the booking buttons on the website.
