What EN MENDOZA is
A guide to businesses, services and places in Mendoza, run by Danilo Vezzoni. It's free to use and you don't need to sign up.
Business information
The details on each listing (address, phone numbers, opening hours, photos and descriptions) come from public sources and from the businesses themselves. We check them and show when they were last verified, but businesses change: we can't guarantee everything is always up to date. Before you go, especially regarding opening hours, prices or bookings, it's best to confirm with the business.
The «Open» or «Closed» label is worked out from the listed opening hours and Mendoza time; it doesn't reflect unexpected closures the business hasn't told us about.
Advertising
Some businesses pay to appear as featured (on the home page and at the top of searches), and some companies pay to show banners. We always label it: featured listings carry their badge and banners say «Advertising». Apart from that, the order of results is not for sale.
Deals and coupons
Featured businesses can publish deals, discounts and coupons on their listing and in the Deals section. Each deal is offered, defined and honored by the business: its conditions, days, dates, stock and payment methods are the business’s responsibility. We review deals before publishing them, but EN MENDOZA doesn’t sell anything and can’t guarantee the business will honor them; if you have a problem with a deal, sort it out with the business and let us know so we can review it.
If you manage a business and publish a deal, you commit to it being true and to honoring it on the dates and days you state. We may decline, pause or remove a deal that doesn’t follow these terms.
Correcting and removing listings
If you own or run a business and want to correct a detail, add information or have your listing removed from the guide, write to us from the contact page or at [email protected]. We'll reply within 5 business days. For major changes or removals we may ask for something that shows you're part of the business.
If you see a wrong detail on any listing, you can also let us know from the «Let us know» link on that listing.
Messages to businesses
When you write to a business from its listing, we forward your message by email. Whatever you agree with the business afterwards (bookings, purchases, quotes) is between you: EN MENDOZA is not part of that relationship.
Your account
To save favorites, leave reviews or add businesses you need an account with a real email address that you confirm. You're responsible for what's done with your account: don't share your password. Reviews follow the review policy.
We review what you submit (reviews, business details and photos, replies) before publishing it, and we may not publish it if it doesn't follow these rules. By sending it, you declare that you have the right to do so (for example, that the photos are yours or the business's) and you authorize us to publish it on EN MENDOZA and adapt it to the guide's format. If you manage a business, you do so on behalf of that business.
If an account doesn't follow these rules, we may block it. You can delete your account whenever you like from «My account».

We do our best to keep the guide useful and up to date, but we're not responsible for decisions made based solely on its information, for the products or services of the businesses listed, or for the content of third-party websites and social media it links to.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is always the one on this page, with its date. They are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, and any dispute will be settled in the ordinary courts of the City of Mendoza.
