Antigal Authentic Flavors

Antigal Authentic Flavors is the restaurant of the Antigal winery, in Rusell, Maipú department. It operates within Antigal Winery & Estates and offers author cuisine rooted in its origins, led by executive chef Lucian Ricco.

The menu combines avant-garde local cuisine with global influences, relying on seasonal produce and products from the province. You can choose from the à la carte menu or one of the multi-course experiences: a three-course option, the Antigal Experience of seven courses, and Destino Antigal, a seventeen-step journey through the whole offering. On Friday and Saturday nights there is also a special six-course menu, Orión, el Cazador, inspired by Greek mythology and the southern constellations.

Being inside the winery, the restaurant lends itself to combining your meal with a visit to the vineyards and the house wines. Its Linktree links to the menu, called Cocina de Origen, and to an events section.

It is located on calle Maza y Manuel A. Sáez, in Rusell, Maipú, in the heart of the wine region. It is best to arrive by car or transfer, since this is a winery area.

It generally opens every day at midday, from 12:30 to 18:00 according to the tourism guide. It is advisable to book in advance through the online reservation system linked by the restaurant itself.
