Smash Club

Smash Club is a smash burger joint in the Quinta Sección of the City of Mendoza. It is a homegrown Mendoza brand that started during the pandemic as a project of two brothers, the Indragoli, who cooked on the grill at their home and delivered the orders themselves. Over time a community formed around the brand, which calls itself "burger dealer". This is their second location: the first one is in Luján de Cuyo.

What to order

The menu is built on smash burgers with few ingredients and a precise cooking technique. The most popular is the Crispy Bliss, with bacon jelly, cheddar, crispy onion and Smash sauce. The menu also features the Gollum Signature, which was offered as a slider version at the restaurant's opening. One of its signatures is its own sauces, made together with Alcaraz Conservas: the Smash, a Thousand Island-style sauce made with mayonnaise and cucumber, and the Picante, a spicy tomato jelly. They are now sold in jars across the country. In 2024 the public voted their burgers the favorites at Burgerpalusa in Buenos Aires, and they also took part in the Montevideo Burger Show.

The place

The restaurant has an industrial look, with iron, wood, bold lights and an open kitchen, which according to its owners is key to showing the order and cleanliness with which they work. It shares the kitchen and dining room with Joven Deli, the sandwich shop and café the same owners created together with partners from Vermut Federal. It is a relaxed spot, good for going out with friends for a burger.

Location and practical info

It is on Coronel Rodríguez street, in the Quinta Sección, on the same property as Padel House. It is a very busy area of the City. If you prefer to order in, the restaurant delivers through PedidosYa across the City of Mendoza. News and opening hours are posted on their Instagram.
