Burgang

Burgang is a smash burger restaurant in El Challao, Las Heras, and one of the four branches the brand has in Greater Mendoza. It was born in the middle of the pandemic, when three friends started cooking burgers in a garage. Over the years it became one of the best-known burger brands in the province.

Burgang's burgers

The menu is built around smash burgers: patties pressed flat on the griddle so the edges come out golden and crispy. The most famous is the Golden Boy, with which Burgang became the first burger joint from Mendoza to win the Burgerpalusa, in the 2023 edition, chosen by the jury. It comes with double smash, spicy sauce made with roasted green peppers, hash brown, crispy pancetta and grilled onion. The delivery menu also has desserts.

More than a burger joint

The brand grew out of urban culture: music, design, its own clothing line and events that bring its community together, which it calls "la gang". Launches of new burgers are announced on Instagram, and many followers keep an eye out for each one. It is a casual option for eating out with friends or ordering at home.

Location and practical information

The restaurant is on Dr. Leloir street, in El Challao. Besides this branch, Burgang has locations in Carrodilla (Luján de Cuyo), in Barrio Bombal (Godoy Cruz) and on the Acceso Este, in Guaymallén.
