Aconcagua Specialty Coffee Roasters

Aconcagua Specialty Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery in Godoy Cruz, Mendoza. It was founded in August 2022 as the project of Luz "Tuti" Grau, who discovered specialty coffee during a trip. Today it has its own roastery, a team and a school for baristas. The brand's idea is to treat well-made coffee with the same care as the region's wine.

Single-origin coffees and accessories

They roast every week, so the coffee arrives fresh. They work with beans from several origins, such as Colombia, Brazil, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Honduras, Rwanda, Bolivia, Peru, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Kenya, with washed, natural, honey and experimental processes, in 125, 200 and 250 gram bags. If you are coming from traditional coffee, they have an introductory line to specialty coffee with simpler profiles, mainly from Colombia and Brazil. They also sell accessories for home or barista use: manual grinders, scales, kettles, pitchers, tampers, servers, water filters, cleaning products, syrups and merchandise. According to the local press, the roaster is the only one of its kind in Cuyo and was designed by a NASA engineer.

School and wholesale

At the school they offer barista courses, cuppings and classes on brewing methods, and they also offer guided visits and tastings for those who want to learn about the process. They took part in the coffee tourism proposals organized by the Municipality of Godoy Cruz. They also have a wholesale program for cafés, restaurants, hotels and offices, which includes machine installation.

The roastery is on Las Heras street, in the heart of Godoy Cruz, and you can drop by to visit, try a coffee and chat with the team. They also sell through their online shop with delivery, and on WhatsApp they can help you choose the coffee you like best. They accept the main credit and debit cards.
