Siete Fincas is a boutique winery in Chacras de Coria, in Luján de Cuyo, dedicated to making limited-release wines. It was founded in 2000 by Edgardo Stallocca, a businessman with a family background in wine. It works with grapes from different estates in Mendoza and says it practices sustainable farming.
The wines
The range includes reds (Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec), whites (Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, sweet Sauvignon Blanc and Torrontés) and a Malbec rosé. It also has a reserve line called Secreto, with Blend, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, plus Gran Secreto and sparkling wines (Extra Brut, Brut Rosé and Dulce Natural).
The wines are exported to seven countries: United States, Brazil, United Kingdom, Denmark, Austria, Switzerland and Spain. Its website has an online shop.
