Altezza Apart & Suites

Altezza Apart & Suites is an apart hotel in the City of Mendoza, on España Avenue, in the heart of downtown. It is a family business, and the idea is that you get the space of an apartment with the services of a hotel. The building has eight floors with an elevator, and reception is staffed 24 hours.

Suites and services

There are three types of units: Suite Clásica, Suite Ejecutiva and Grand Suite. All of them have a kitchenette, wifi and individual climate control. As there is a kitchen area with a fridge, microwave and dishes, you can eat in your room, which is useful for longer stays or if you travel with family. On the ground floor is the breakfast room, where a buffet breakfast with coffee, teas, juices, fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheeses and cold cuts is served each morning, along with homemade baked goods such as tortitas mendocinas, medialunas and budines. On the rooftop there is an outdoor pool. The hotel also has parking, facilities adapted for reduced mobility, and key-card access to the rooms.

Location and how to get there

The apart hotel is in an area of shops and banks, about 100 meters from the Mercado Central and near Plaza Independencia, Plaza San Martín, the Sarmiento pedestrian street and San Martín Avenue. There are many options for eating a few blocks away, and Parque General San Martín is about 3 or 4 km away. If you arrive by car, the hotel has its own parking.
