VISITOR INFORMATION From Wednesday to Sunday, starting at 09:30 h. The ticket office to validate your entry ticket closes at 16:30 h. Visitors may stay on the grounds until 17:30 h. The Entry Ticket includes: - Access to and visit of the Vaquerías Visitor Center: self-guided interpretive trails. - Access to and visit of the Hotel Villavicencio grounds, Chapel and Gardens: self-guided interpretive trails. - Guided tours on the Hotel grounds are offered at the following times: 10:30 – 12:30 – 15:30. Services at the Reserve: - Souvenir shop at the ticket office. - Restrooms at the Visitor Center and on the Hotel Villavicencio grounds. - Food service by the provider Parador Villavicencio and Parador Villavicencio Park. - Adventure activities (aerial park) by the provider Villavicencio Park. Inquiries: www.villavicenciopark.com. - Parking at the Visitor Center and at Hotel Villavicencio (limited capacity). Tips for visiting the Reserve: - Check the weather forecast before you leave. The weather in the mountains is different from the city's. - Bring warm clothing and closed-toe shoes. - Drive carefully, as animals may suddenly cross the road. - Leave your pets at home. - Respect the rules and signs. - Fill up with enough fuel if you plan to do the full circuit to Uspallata. - Picnics are only allowed at the Vaquerías Visitor Center. Not permitted in the Reserve: - Littering. - Cutting plants. - Hunting. - Painting or damaging rocks, walls or monuments. - Camping. - Bringing pets. - Feeding wildlife. - Accommodation. - Flying drones. - Picnicking outside enabled areas, for safety. - Hiking outside enabled trails, for safety.
