## About Viña Doña Paula

Viña Doña Paula is a high-end winery on Route 40, in Luján de Cuyo. It was founded in 1997 and works only with grapes from its own vineyards: it has about 800 hectares spread across four estates in different areas of the country. It holds the Viña Sustentable certification, which follows the protocol of Bodegas de Argentina. After more than 25 years devoted solely to winemaking, in 2025 it opened its doors to tourism.

## Experiences to choose from

The offer is built across several visits. The Terroir Camp is the most educational: you explore soils, altitudes and microclimates through the work of winemaker Martín Kaiser, and learn about the winery's sustainability efforts. It ends with a virtual reality experience and a tasting of five wines. The Lake Camp adds a cheese and cold cuts board by the lake. If you're looking for a food-focused plan, the Lunch Day starts in the vineyard and the kitchen garden, where you help choose the vegetables for a lunch of Mendoza dishes paired with the house wines. The Full Day adds a cooking class and a six-course pairing lunch.

## The wines and the place

Its labels include the Selección de Bodega, Single Vineyard and Estate lines, with Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and blends such as Malbec-Syrah. Around the winery there are vineyards and old willow trees, and the tasting room sits by a lake-reservoir, next to the restaurant. It's a great plan for couples, friends or visitors from abroad: tours are offered in Spanish, English and Portuguese.

## How to get there and book

It is located in the heart of Luján de Cuyo, on Route 40, less than an hour from downtown Mendoza. All experiences require advance booking, by email or WhatsApp. It is best to book ahead, especially if you want to come for lunch.
