Bodegas Baudron is a family winery in Maipú, Mendoza, founded in 1940 by a family of French and Italian immigrants who chose Mendoza's lands to put their experience as European winegrowers to work. According to its website, it has more than 80 years of family work dedicated to winemaking.

The winery has a production capacity of 4,000,000 liters per year. Its cellars, with dim light and constant temperature, are designed for aging red wines, which keep evolving in the bottle.
