Sur Huenten is a family winery and restaurant in Maipú, Mendoza, on Tropero Sosa street. According to the family itself, it has more than three decades of experience in agricultural production. In 2011 it decided to open up to the world of wine and gastronomy.

The kitchen is led by chef Matías Aldasoro and is based on regional flavors. Guests can choose a tasting menu by courses or eat à la carte. The course menu in a 2024 article included trout tiradito, mushroom cream and rib-eye steak cooked over embers with wood-fired sweet potato. It finished with a quince and pear dessert. The à la carte menu includes wood-fired empanadas, provoleta with cured ham, ribs, pork matambre, skirt steak, grilled trout and tagliatelle with leek sauce and goat cheese. To drink, it offers the winery's varietal and reserve wines, and optional pairings.
